Liquor

You must be above the age of 18 to purchase liquor at one of our auctions. Ross’s requires bidders to provide an approved identification when registering and collecting their purchased lots (Western Australian Drivers License, Proof of Age Card or Passport)

WARNING: Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises

All items at Ross’s Auctions are sold on an ‘as is, where is’ basis. This means the item is being sold in its current condition, regardless of any faults or damage. The bidder accepts full responsibility in satisfying themselves with the item prior to bidding. It is recommended that that if the bidder is in doubt, not to bid as no returns or refunds will be made. 

NOTE: Storage Charges at $100 per day per lot applies if not collected by 01/03/2019

PICK UP: Goods to be collected on Thursday the 28th February & Friday the 1st of March 8.30am to 4pm, ALL GOODS MUST BE REMOVED BY 4PM FRIDAY 01/03/2019
