Note: All buildings will be offered for sale as one Lot.

Most Buildings include: keys, Ensemble Bed, bar fridge, TV, Stereo, Wardrobe, Desk & Chair, Split System Air Conditioner, Window Grill

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

The buildings are located in Gap Ridge Industrial Estate Karratha. The Buyer will be responsible for the loading and removal of the buildings at the buyers cost.

It is a condition of purchase that Qube Logistics approved cranage contractor (Joyce Cranes) is engaged by the buyer to load the buildings and Qube Logistics Occupational Health and Safety Policies and PPE requirements must be complied with while on Qube Logistics premises.

The building have been totally disconnected with air conditioners and hot water systems removed and packed inside the building with the furniture. All buildings are available for immediate collection upon receipt of full payment.

The successful purchaser will be given 14 days to remove all building from site. The purchaser would be responsible for storage fees from Tuesday 11th September 2018 and will be required to negotiate directly with the Landlord. Indicitave storage fees are approx $7 per building per day.
