Under instructions from the management of Kalbarri Tudor Holiday Park, we shall sell this "Abandoned Goods" Caravan and Lot Contents.

The lot includes the caravan, a solid annex, a small shed and all contents there in including (not including any concrete slabs):

7.5Kg front load washing machine, LG Flat screen TV, Steel filing cabinet 4 draw, RC Car and Helicopter, Bar Fridge and Freezer, Panasonic Microwave, 2 x Tool Box with assorted tools, Rheem 12 Instantaneous Hot water system, Garden Shed, Steel 2 door cabinet, CDs, DVDs, Sand board, Ornaments, Nintendo Wii, Sofa bed, Gun cabinet (broken), Computer screen, Surround sound speakers, Fishing rods, Gas Mate BBQ, Reticulation fittings (new), Karcher Pressure cleaner, Davey Pump – HP45-OT

Please note below the conditions on the removal of the caravan:

1. All items must be removed from the site within the caravan park. With the exception of the cement slab.
2. You have 21 days to remove the abandon goods.
3. Works required to remove items deconstruction / disassembly for removal and transport can only happen between Monday to Friday and the hours of 8.00am to 4.00pm (This is to minimise impact on guest and the business)
4. The ground is to be left clean, tidy and presentable.
5. All services found must be disconnected and terminated.
6. No items are to be left behind, any waste generated must be disposed of at your own cost.
7. Any abandoned goods left behind after the 21 days will disposed of and you will be charged for the collections and disposal.

All items are sold ‘as is, where is’
All items at Ross’s Auctions are sold on an ‘as is, where is’ basis. This means the item is being sold in its current condition, regardless of any faults or damage. The bidder accepts full responsibility in satisfying themselves with the item prior to bidding. It is recommended that that if the bidder is in doubt, not to bid as no returns or refunds will be made.
