2016 Timineri Grillo (6 x 750ml), Belice Valley, Terra Sicily by Timineri Estate, 11.5% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: Pale straw in colour, the aromas of tropical fruits, with citrus notes. Destemming of the grapes and cryomaceration for a few hours to extract the maximum potential from the skins. Fermentation at 10 - 12c for 13 to 15 days to preserve the bouquet and the natural flavor profile of the grapes.
