2016 9 to 5 Cabernet Merlot (12 x 750ml), Margaret River by After Hours , 14 % Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: This award winning Cabernet Merlot is vibrant crimson in colour, this medium bodied wine is the traditional blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Mystery 2014 Black Lable Shiraz Viognier (12 x 750ml), Frankland River Alc/Vol 14.5%, Tasting Notes: There are 5 parcels of Shiraz of estate grown fruit in the blend one of which is co - fermented with Viognier fruit. The final wine, which is 7% Viognier, undergoes 12 months of maturation in the French oak before bottling. The colour is vibrant deep crimson with magenta hues. The palate is full of jubey black cherry flavours continue on the medium bodied palate with vibrant freshness to the ripe flavours and an even, gravelly tannin structure.
Mystery 2016 White Label Riesling (12 x 750ml), Frankland River Alc/Vol 12%, Tasting Notes: A classic cold climate growing season with ample rainfall and cold temperatures was followed by a dry and sunny Autumn. The result being a slow, even ripening with tremendous flavour development at a low sugar levels. Brilliant pale straw with green flecks in colour. The palate has intense flavours of lemon, grapefruit with a sherbety acidity giving freshness and length to the palate.

2016 Rosabrook Cabernet Sauvignon (12 x 750ml), Margaret River by Rosabrook Estate, 14.5% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: Winemaker Notes: deep colour with the classic bouquet of briar Cabernet and unmistakably Margaret River this wine has a rich and structured palate.Vintage Conditions: The 2016 growing season was characterised by return to average winter rains followed by a cool spring free of high winds that lead to good flowering and fruit set. Warmer conditions prevailed into summer leading to a normal ripening compared to recent vintages. These were ideal conditions for our reds with a fine Indian summer that help develop excellent colours and fine tannin structures in the final wine. Vineyard: Located in north of Margaret River region our vineyard was planted almost 17 years ago. Low yielding and now mature. Vinification: Hand- picked grapes were fermented in a single open fermenter and plunged daily. On dryness, the wine was run to new and one-year old barrels. It was finally bottled after twelve months in oak and laid down for a further maturation until released. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, 100% Margaret River, Wine maker Brian Fletcher. .
