2013 You, me & the gate post Shiraz (12 x 750 ml), Great Southern by Ferngrove Vineyards, 14% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: The bouquet is fruit filled - a little pepper, a little earthy and displaying a little hint of mushroom. The palate is filled with full fruit flavours - satsuma plum and mulberries - underpinned by spice and white pepper nuance. the palate length is excellent before soft tannins underpin a slightly dry finish. The fruit for this wine was sourced entirely from the cool climate region of great Southern in Western Australia. This 100% Shiraz is perfect with Lamb, BBQ,s & pasta dishes..

2014 Mainbreak Sauvignon Blanc Semillon (12x750mL), Margaret River by Mainbreak, 12.5% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: Colour: Bright straw with some green tinges. Bouquet: Lifted, classical Margaret River aromas of fresh cut grass, passion fruit and some fennel. Palate: Fresh and lively, zingy citrus fruit with a nice fine finish. A palate that goes and goes making it a great food wine. Vintage: A considerable early vintage brought about by a continuation of fine and warm weather over summer. it was an excellent white vintage. Vinification: Picked at night, the grapes for this blend were cold pressed and fermented entirely in stainless steel and bottled early to preserve freshness..

2012 Wandering Lane Shiraz (12x750ml), Western Australia by Byron & Harold, 13.8% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: COLOUR: Red with a blood cherry hue. NOSE: Complex nose, dark berries, plum, savoury, spice, cigar box, leather, hints of chocolate and anise. PALATE: Complex aromas of dark berry fruits and savoury spice with subtly leathery cigar box notes. dense dark berry aromas carry through onto the palate with earthy ripe plum under notes, finishing with persistent savoury spice notes. The mouth feel is rich and full with fine delicate tannins. FOOD PAIRING: Perfect with robust, flavoursome foods like lamb shanks.

2014 Chestnut Grove Small Parcel Merlot, 14% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: Low yeilding vines grown in the gravelly loam soils on the Chestnut Grove Estate provides quality parcels of Merlot grown in ideal temperate ripening conditions. Liquorice spice, dark chocolate, raspberry conserve and earthy dusty aromas combine to offer perfect verietal intensity. Concentrated fruit sweetness with brooding fruit depth and power, the palate is coated by savoury spicy French Oak and chalky tannins. 2013 Orbis Cabernet Sauvignon / Merlot (12x750ml), Western Australia by Byron & Harold Estate, 14.3% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: COLOUR: Deep Crimson. NOSE: Lifted aromas of complex dark berries with underlying savoury earthy notes. PALATE: Full firm mouth feel of bramble fruits, cherry and subtle savoury spice, well integrated fine powdery tannins, supported by complex oak with great length and a fine full finish. VINTAGE NOTES: the 2013 vintage had dry and warm conditions for summer with cool nights. Due to the perfect slow ripening pattern both red and white grape varieties had good natural acid retention and showed intense colour, concentrated flavours, and aromas while achieving perfect tannin ripeness.. FOOD PAIRING: strong flavoured red meat dishes.

2011 Oceans Estate Semillon, (12x750mL), 2 Bronze Medals. The fruit was sourced entirely from our Margaret River vineyard. The wine is deep straw with green hints and is in brilliant condition. the nose has great aromatics and shows mango, fig, melon and citrus finish. There is a lot in there and this wine will develop with age. This is our first varietal Semillon. Alv/Vol 13%

2012 The Farm Gate Chardonnay (12x750mL), Margaret River, 12.5% Alcohol.This fruit driven Chardonnay has been produced using Premium grapes from the Margaret River region. The wine exhibits the classic varietal Chardonnay aromas of peach and citrus. On the palate , vibrant notes of stone fruit are complemented by fresh grapefruit characters and a cream, nutty soft finish.
