2009 Margaret River Semillon Sauvignon Blanc Reserve, 12x750ml. 90Pts James Halliday Wine Companion. This is the fifth vintage of the reserve style that unashamedly draws inspiration from the great wines of graves in Bordeaux. Layered and complex, with flavours of honey and lanolin woven into a structure well supported by fine French oak inputs. 2010 Chapman Grove Rose ' Selected Virgin Australia Business Class' 12x750ml .Bright and vibrantly rich in colour with a lovely perfume and hints of wild rasberries dusted with icing sugar and cloves on the nose. This is a drier style of Rosa with full and vibrant palate showcasing powerful summer fruit flavours and enough acidity to enable it to be matched with a variety of dishes. Alc/Vol 13.5%

2012 The Farm Gate Chardonnay (12x750mL), Margaret River, 12.5% Alcohol.This fruit driven Chardonnay has been produced using Premium grapes from the Margaret River region. The wine exhibits the classic varietal Chardonnay aromas of peach and citrus. On the palate , vibrant notes of stone fruit are complemented by fresh grapefruit characters and a cream, nutty soft finish.

2013 Preston Vale Cabernet Sauvignon, 12x750ml. Aromatics of dried herbs, red and black berry fruit, precedes a palate of rich black fruit. A wine of structure and generosity, great length and fine oak used. Alc/Vol 14%

2013 Dapplebark Shiraz, 12x750. A cool climate Shiraz with a ripe nose of spice, forest fruits, dark chocolate and vinillin. Subtle French oak provides complexity with dusty mocha notes, A luscious soft generous palate is filled with red berry fruits and powdery loose-knitted tannins. A medium bodied style showing restraint and elegance. Drink now or cellar 5 - 7 years. Alc/Vol 14.00%

2013 Tall Timber Merlot, 12x750ml. Low yeilding vines grown in gravelly loam soils provide quality parcels of Merlot grown in ideal temperate ripening conditions. Liquorice spice, dark chocolate, raspberry conserve and earthy dusty aromas combine to offer perfect varietal intensity. Concentrated fruit sweetness with brooding fruits depth and power, the palate is coated by savoury spices French oak and chalky tannins. Overall a beautiful medium-bodied wine with 4 - 6 years cellaring potential. Alc/Vol 14.5%.
